Eric Jausseran, Four Seasons’s first cultural and lifestyle coordinator, on creating experiences for residents, from private dinners to organizing a wine festival.

Examples include private events at the JFK Presidential Library Museum, dinner with guest artists after their sold-out performance at the Boston Symphony Orchestra and flower bouquet arrangement classes at Van Cleef & Arpels. Jausseran, 50, has also partnered with TeslaRents to offer residents complimentary chauffeured rides to any destination in the city, organized One Dalton’s first annual wine festival and arranged fencing classes with an Olympic coach.

Jausseran recently spoke with Mansion Global more about his role and the requests that he has fulfilled for residents.
