Earl’s Kitchen & Bar
The Canadian restaurant group’s largest location yet opens in the Prudential Center
Earl’s new location in the Prudential Center delivers casual dining with menu offerings that inspire and ultimately satisfy any craving. The seemingly endless, eclectic, robust menu draws on international flavors and dishes, appealing to your more adventurous side. From the imaginative noodle and rice bowls to the freshest sushi or blackened swordfish tacos, a flavor mecca of made-from-scratch offerings await discovery.
Add to that beverage director Cameron Bogue’s stellar list of classic cocktails, craft beer and his latest, “Serious Slushy” program of frozen drinks, and your taste buds will thank you. The alum of star chef Daniel Boulud is all about the details. For example, he only uses house-made syrups and juices squeezed fresh in his kitchens, and that paves the way for him to creating concoctions that surprise and delight our flavor sensors.
There are an equally impressive number of dining spaces, on each of three levels in the 14,500 square foot space.
They range from the clubby lounge and bar, where a line of television sets ensures no historic sports moment will be missed, to the second floor where a 300-seat casual dining room flows into the kitchen in an expanse of open space. For a more immersive experience, there is even a kitchen counter seating area with inches-from-the-action views of the cooks putting the finishing touches on their creations.
When temperate evenings beckon us to the outdoors, the incomparable 200-seat rooftop patio is irresistible. A retractable roof, twinkling lights, fire pits and even a shade tree, guarantee a festive, casual mood. Surrounded by rooftop city views, the three-season space can be the perfect spot for a romantic evening.
The new Prudential location is the Canadian restaurant group’s largest location yet, and brings a new genre of exciting offerings for One Dalton’s residents.
